Episode 10 begins at the Tolerance festival. Antonia has brought her zombie vampires, which includes Eric and she commands them to kill the King. Eric makes his way to kill Bill but Sookie jumps on top of him and distracts him long enough for Bill to shoot him with a silver bullet. This slows him down just a bit and Sookie puts herself between him and Bill, begging Bill not to harm him. Eric comes back at full strength though and is just about to end Bill’s reign when Sookie, in a panic that she might lose Bill, unleashes her fairy powers on Eric. I am not sure what she thought would happen to him which makes me a bit hot under the collar but all it actually does is break Martonia’s spell. Eric’s memories come flooding back to him.. INCLUDING his love affair with Sookie. Woot! Eric is back!!!

Credit: Graciousplenty on Tumblr

This is definitely an interesting twist. In the books Eric had no memory of their time together but apparently Alan Ball is changing that up. Not sure what I feel about it at this time, especially in light of what goes down just afterwards. But the look they share as he remembers was oh my Godric good. Their faces speak volumes… Sookie is unsure where she stands with him and Eric is waking up from a fog to find himself in love. Yes, he may have cared deeply for Sookie but IMO it was not quite “love” yet or at least he was not admitting that to himself. Now he get this head rush of memories and finds that not only did he spend the past week making love to Sookie but holy shit… he LOVES her and he is bonded to her. But on the flip side most of the memories we saw were of Sookie throughout the seasons so there were definitely some substantial feelings there pre amnesia. Perhaps his look of incredulity was more about finding out he got what he has wanted for a long time, Sookie!

This is confirmed at the King’s mansion when they get to sit down and chat. Sookie is hesitant to be close to Eric again and he has to comfort her and help her understand that he is still the same guy, only more. AE is still there inside him and he asks Sookie to look in his eyes and see him there. She sees the truth in these words and smiles.

Eric: I haven’t changed. I’m just… more. The other Eric is still here. Sookie, look at me. Can’t you see him in my eyes?

She is safe with Eric.. just as she was in the days previous but that is not what is bothering her. When Eric asks what he problem is she tells him it is Bill. When Eric was about to kill Bill she realized how much she still loved him and can’t bear to be without him. Eric looks a little angry at first to hear these words and he tells her that she gave herself to him.. she is HIS. Sookie begs to differ though. She never promised that and then in what can only be an attempt to bait Eric she reminds him that he gave himself to her as well. I think she thought he would be regretful of this “lapse”. Eric the bad ass, arrogant, aloof, vampire Viking God does not let his emotions hang out there for all to see but he throws her a curve ball. He admits that he did give himself to her because he LOVES her.

Sookie: You gave yourself to me completely.
Eric: Yes, I did. I love you.

Amnesia Eric meshed together very nicely with BAMF Eric and even with his memories back at his disposal the Viking still loves his faery princess.

Pam interrupts them and Eric does his best to comfort his “child” but he keeps looking back at Sookie with a totally crushed look on his face. It must have been so hard for him to open up and share his love for her only to have her throw her feelings for Bill in his face and claim she loves him too. He tells Pam they will have to talk later and he leaves the room.

When Sookie overhears Bill talking about blowing up the Moon Goddess Emporium she runs in and confronts him with the details that Tara and other humans are in that building. Bill doesn’t much care and Eric makes few snide comments as well because he is hurting. Sookie sees that Bill is ready to let her friend die in the name of war and that she cannot exactly appeal to Eric after the bomb she just dumped on him or expect him to disobey his King, so she leaves to enlist help from her brother.

Later we see Eric and Pam locked up in Bill’s cell, silvered to prevent a witch’s curse motivating them to seek sunlight. They banter with Nan a bit, which was hilarious and then at the end of the episode they get out of a black van dressed in SWAT gear.. ready to attack the coven.

Last week we discussed who Sookie will choose and some of the rumors flying around. I don’t even know what to think now that Eric has all his memories and has owned up to loving Sookie and wanting to continue his relationship with her. I will be darned pissed if she chooses Bill. Not only has he not earned back her love after all his transgressions against her, he is now making decisions that will get her friend killed and not caring one iota about how she will feel about that. Eric is in a difficult position to. If Sookie chooses him will that be enough for Eric? The man is completely in love with her but she has admitted that while she does love him, that love is not his alone. Will he want to start his life with her knowing she loves Bill too? I am thinking that would be an almost impossible pill for Eric to swallow.

My best guess at this time is just speculation but here it what I think could happen. We know from the preview trailer for the end of season four that Eric and Bill are being burned on a stake the way Antonia was. It is possible that the choice Sookie makes is about which one to save. I am not a fan of Sookie’s right now after episode 10, so I think she may choose to save Bill (or save him first), leaving Eric to burn. That certainly would be a true AB shocker no? Eric will survive of course, but no thanks to Sookie. Afterwards she may regret her decision to save Bill and try to reunite with Eric but he will reject her, since she put Bill before him and he could have died. Just some wild guessing but right now it seems plausible.

What do you think? And who else thinks Sookie needs to be slapped right about now?

Some TV Guide spoilers are making the rounds and one of them hints that Sookie will decide if she wants to be with Bill Compton or Eric Northman. Fans have responded with mixed emotions. I have read comments from both fan bases saying that depending on who Sookie chooses… there will be no True Blood season five for them. Others think it is too early to choose either one and that AB is screwing the story over. Others still are refusing to get worked up about it at all.

One item that has made some fans angry is that Bill is referred to in the article as “upstanding”. Select media outlets are either having their hands held while they write this BS or they are clueless about the very shows they are writing about. Since when exactly did Bill become upstanding? Was that before or after he manipulated Sookie into falling in love with him, allowed her to be beaten nearly to death, lied to her for 3 seasons, and then tried to kill her other love interest, twice? I agree with Eric fans who are angry over this ridiculous campaign to make Bill look like such an honorable guy.

Some fans are scratching their heads about Sookie choosing one over the other at all. Have we really come to that point yet? I think not. Bill betrayed Sookie in the worst way and she only found out about it a week or so ago at this point. She also quickly dived into a relationship with Eric, knowing full well that it may blow up in her face after the memory curse is broken. She loves both of these vamps but it will not be smooth sailing with either one of them so how can she be ready to figure out which one is “the one” for her at this point? If she chooses Bill, she completely disregards what he has done to her and these were Titanic sized transgressions we are talking about. Getting back with Bill so soon after her affair with Eric and telling him she loved him would also be the height of disrespect for a vamp/man who has done nothing to deserve such horrific treatment. It would be like spitting in his face and in the face of Eric and Sookie fans IMO. Sookie and Eric DESERVE to have their potential as a couple explored further.

Choosing Eric over Bill also seems unlikely. The curse will be lifted and that will have ramifications. If Eric remembers their time together it is hard to believe they will just hop back into bed and pretend the curse was only a glitch in the road. They will have issues to work out for sure. And if Eric doesn’t remember the greatest love affair he has ever known how can Sookie disregard that? The connection and bond they formed will be erased for one of the parties and that is no small hiccup.

When season four ends it seems the only right thing for Sookie to do is choose neither of them and that is what I predict. I fully admit that Alan Ball is crazy enough to sway this thing Bill’s way but I have to believe he is not stupid. It makes no sense logically and it is disrespectful to a LARGE portion of his fan base. I have to believe he knows this.

I also want to see Eric and Sookie separated for while so that they can experience all that delicious tension between them as they try to forge a new relationship. If Sookie is back with Bill it just wouldn’t be the same.. she could just diregard all her feelings as irrelevant because Bill is her man now.

I can just see Sookie trying to hide her feelings for this man who was her lover and trying to hide from him the fact that they were everything to each other for a short while. I can also see Eric’s confusion. He will feel that his bond with her has increased exponentially (via the blood) but she explains it away as nothing. He will sense feelings from her like yearning and desire and yet that feeling won’t jibe with what is coming out of her mouth. It will drive him batty to not be able to remember what happened between them. Reminds me of one of my favorite scenes in book 4 when Sookie reaches out and almost strokes Eric affectionately after he regains his memory and then she has to hurry and reign it in before he notices. The tension could be so very delicious if done properly and that is what I want to see. It can really only happen if Sookie chooses to walk alone for awhile and I hope that is what she chooses to do.

Of course some fans are making the rounds to different True Blood fans sites and Facebook pages claiming they have seen the last episode and that Sookie chooses Eric. Also heard that Eric rejects her. It is enough to make you pull out your hair I tell ya and that is partly because that could make a lot of sense too. If the man regains his memory and is suddenly thrown into a serious relationship when he hadn’t quite thought out his pursuit past Sookie’s panties hitting the floor, perhaps he would bolt… at first.

No matter what happens though I will tune in for the 5th season. If Eric Northman is on my TV screen, I will be there to watch, with bells on.

Spoiler warning! These are the summaries for the last two episodes. Enjoy!

Episode #47 – 4.11: ‘Soul of Fire’ As the Wiccan-vampire standoff reaches a critical juncture, Sookie summons her faerie powers to prevent Marnie from bewitching Bill, Eric and Pam into a suicide march, while Jesus casts a secret spell designed to un-bind Antonia and break the witch’s deadly defenses. Sam settles a score with Marcus; Alcide confronts Debbie about her allegiances; Andy finds unexpected passion in the forest; Lafayette is consumed by the past.

Episode #48 – 4.12: ‘And When I Die’ Season Finale. It’s Samhain, Wicca’s greatest holy day, and spirits of the dead surface in Bon Temps, giving Sookie some valuable allies to combat Marnie’s newest incarnation. Lafayette’s latest medium encounter imperils his relationship with Jesus; Jason finds confession good for the soul, but not the body; Alcide makes a heartfelt appeal to the woman he loves; Terry receives an unexpected visitor at Merlotte’s; Sam and Luna envision a storybook ending, for once; Nan wears out her welcome with Bill and Eric. As Season Four comes to a shattering conclusion, Debbie confronts Sookie and Tara with deadly consequences, and the denizens of Bon Temps brace for a new crisis with a familiar face.

I am really wondering when Eric will regain his memory because in a previous summary it looked like he might get it back in episode 10. This makes me kinda sad because I wanted Debbie to come after Sookie while Eric still had amnesia, like in the books. She killed Debbie and Eric helped her hide the body. It was always a source of tension for Sookie because he had dirt on her and didn’t know it. Hopefully regular Eric will help her all the same.

What do you think about these summaries?

This episode is hands down my favorite of the entire series thus far. I imagine I might feel that way about upcoming episodes as well because frankly season four rocks! It’s Ericpalooza!!! There is just no greater thrill than to see a character that I have come to love getting such a full and wonderful story for this season. Its been soooooo long coming….

This episode begins with Eric and Sookie still talking about how he bought her home. I said last week that I really wanted him to tone down the way he was speaking to her and he did… showing that sweet side we all know can come out… only for Sookie (and sometimes Pam). I loved their interaction in this scene.

Sookie: What do you want from me?
Eric: Everything
Sookie: You can’t have it.
Eric: I bought it.
Sookie: You bought my house. The house does not come with me inside it.
Eric: Then I seriously overpaid.

He tells her point blank that he cares about her and that if all he wanted was to drink her blood again he could just do it already but he wants her … to want to be his. She is not liking what she hears but she does look a bit unsure of herself at times. I wanted to slap Sookie though when she said she could never be with Eric the way she was with Bill. Gag! Eric doesn’t even let that rile him, the man ooozes confidence.

Eric: I know you, there are two Sookie Stackhouse’s. One who still clings to the idea that she’s merely human and the other who’s coming to grips with the fact that you are better than that.

Sookie: And what do you think is going to happen when I do come to grips with it? Do you think my legs are just gonna magically open for you?

Eric: Well, that was saucy, must have been fairy Sookie talking. I like when she comes out.

As he leaves the house he hears the door squeak and in a truly adorable moment he tells her he will have that fixed. The very next day, he does get it fixed. Pretty boys are worthless if they cannot also do a load of laundry and take out the trash. Maybe it is just me and MY personal love language .. which is gifts of service, but I have always loved that Eric in the books took care of Sookie by making sure her household repairs got done or that she got a new cell phone or coat. The man took spectacular care of Sookie and we have seen some glimmers of that on the show. Woot! When Sookie comes home after getting groceries the next afternoon the door is fixed and there is a new microwave on the table. Of course she also notices that he left a carafe of blood in the fridge and there is an armoire in her living room that leads to a basement cubby for Eric’s use. She is furious that he built a cubby in her house but I was laughing my ass off the whole time.

Sookie runs off to Bill’s house after Eric leaves. She is suprised to be accosted by snipers and by the fact that Bill is the new King. She walks in on him getting dressed after just having had sex with his employee… who he also fed off of. What happened to the synthetic blood he insisted upon drinking all the previous seasons. He even lectured Jessica about only drinking Tru Blood. THAT went right out the window.. Bill Compton hypocrite be thy name. The man gets some power and suddenly all his subjects are there for his amusement and nourishment.

Sookie asks him to figure out how to get her house back and even babbles some nonsense about being scared of Eric. Pulease.

Next we see Eric he is meeting with Queen Bill. Bill asks Eric to sell the house back to Sookie or to himself but Eric refused. Then Bill asks Eric to take care of a witch coven nearby and when he confirmed that they were in fact necromancers, Eric was is on it like Donkey Kong. I wonder if we will see any flashbacks of The Inquisition that Eric mentioned. Anyway his bow and little smile as he left was laugh out loud funny. Who could take Queen Beel seriously anyway?

Sookie meanwhile goes to Fangtasia to see Eric but he is taking care of that witch business. Yeah, she is really “scared”. She speaks with Pam who advises her to accept Eric’s offer and implies that she would be one “satisfied” lady if she did.

Eric is crashing wiccan circle time and he is surprised to see Lafayette there. He turns his attention to Marnie and asks that she agree to stop meeting at once and that she not agree and then meet behind his back. There is no behind Eric’s back!

Marnie does not accept his most reasonable offer and tries to get the witches to join hands for some spellwork. Eric seizes her and bites. He stops only when Tara comes up behind him and tries to stake him. Before he can turn on Tara though, Lafayette joins hands with the other coven members giving them the super juice they need. Marnie is able to connect to the spirit of a powerful witch and she casts some sort of banishing spell. IMO the True Blood writers should make the spirit that of some young witch that Eric used to know from centuries before… and perhaps betrayed. Who knows if they will go that route but I think it would be awesome. Anyway see this thread with speculation about what exactly Marnie said in her spell.

Eric stops dead in his tracks and as the spell works on him he looks terrified and confused. When it is finished he looks around like he has no fracking idea where he is and he bolts.

The next we see him he is walking shirtless down the road (I assume towards Sookie’s house – please) and Sookie sees him as she is driving home. What part of the spell made him lose his shirt I wonder?

Sookie calls out to him and he ignores her.

Sookie: Eric, it’s me Sookie.
Eric: Who?
Sookie: You KNOW me.
Eric: No, I don’t.

He is about to walk on an ignore her but something stops him. He turns, smells, stumbles a bit closer and asks why she smells so good. LOL. I thought maybe they were going to end this episode with him attacking her in her car because we have seen a clip of something along those lines but I guess we need to wait and see how this plays out.

Fabulous episode, fabulous acting. I love me some Eric Northman!!

We now have a second trailer for the second half of True Blood. This one has some interesting stuff. From it we can glean that Bill attacks Sookie after Lorena does (although what happened to Lorena?). He drains her and essentially kills her since we saw her flatline in the first trailer… something or someone (Claudine?) brings her back. The emotional ickiness we see from Bill shows that he and Sookie may not be so quick to get over this little oopsie. And of course Alan Ball is a big fat chicken!!! He appears to have re-written the story to exclude the fact that Bill also raped Sookie. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that he can’t leave the door open for a Sookie and Bill reunion if he raped her.

Anyway Eric threatens to kill Hadley to find out why Sophie Anne is so interested in Sookie. The answer is shocking to him. I suspect that the following scene leaves us a clue… aka Bill day walking. Perhaps Sookie’s fae power source from the books (the sun) has allowed her to transfer day walking ability to Bill after he drains her? This would indeed be of great interest to vampires. AND if she did somehow transfer this ability to him and he knew of this when he was researching her family line… then he has knowingly put her in danger for months and knew that the end game for her was going to be bad. That is quite unforgivable if you ask me.

Sookie time to kick that plotting cry baby to the road and take up with someone… a little more blond and Viking.

Season 3: Appears to be darker (almost ash blond/brown), perhaps a bit shorter, and kinda slicked back. Verdict still out but Eric is always yummy no? The clothes get an A++ in the sexy department though!

In Sookie’s world as told through the Southern Vampire series, when you drink a vampire’s blood you may become “bonded” to them. The vampire can feel the emotions of the human and in Sookie’s case, since she is telepathic, it works the opposite way too… or so a reader would assume. The more you drink, the deeper the bond. In the books this bond might accentuate sexual and physical attraction but not create it altogether. Which means that if you thought vampire X was disgusting and gross and you ended up drinking some of his or her blood you won’t develop an insatiable lust for them after that. However, if you did already have feelings of sexual attraction for vampire X than the blood bond accentuates and amplifies those feelings and of course the vampire can sense this and exploit it if he or she so chooses.

In Alan Ball’s adaptation True Blood, it appears as though he is reinventing this concept. The sexual attraction felt after the blood bond is not an amplification of feelings already there on some level, it is “created” by the blood bond even if no prior feelings or inclinations were there. At least this is my conclusion after reading Ausiello’s new scoop on season three.

If you’re one of the (many) True Blood viewers who suspected there might be fallout from Bill “donating” blood to save Sam’s life in the finale last September, go ahead and give yourself a gold star. The show’s boss, Alan Ball, tells me that in season 3, the hunks will forge “not just anyconnection, an erotic connection.”

I think we can all see that Sam was NOT sexually attracted to Bill prior to drinking his blood. Afterwards though he begins to have erotic dreams of Bill. Word is the opening episode of season 3 will have Sam dreaming of Bill in a sexual situation inside a seedy hotel room. This development bothers me on several levels although not because I don’t like the idea of Bill and Sam together… heck I LOVE the idea of them together if it means Sookie is free to be with Eric. It bothers me because it is DUMB and it changes the Sookie Stackhouse world in so many ways.

On one hand I like the fact that Sookie could rightfully conclude that perhaps she might never have gotten involved with Bill had she not drank his blood the night after the Ratrays beat her. Sookie’s free will is important to her. BUT she could also conclude the same about Eric and I do feel she had a genuine attraction to both Bill and Eric. The fact that Eric tricked Sookie into the blood bond and that the sexual attraction is forced by that bond could spell bad things for Sookie and Eric in Alan Ball’s world. As if Ball hasn’t screwed up Eric’s character enough! How will Sookie ever come to realize she was already attracted to Eric on some level? How can she trust the feelings she now has when the blood supposedly created them?

It also doesn’t make sense! There are many people doing “V” in the books and TV show. In the books AND the TV show there are no wild dreams of hot vampire sex after taking a hit. This makes sense in the books because how likely is it that the druggie taking V actually knew the donating vampire AND was attracted to them? Not likely. But if vampire blood creates sexual attraction where none existed previously than wouldn’t all those V users be plagued by irresistible attraction and erotic dreams of some mystery vamp? Or will they explain that away by saying you have to drink from the vein? That would be lame. If Jason Stackhouse had started having erotic dreams of some vamp dude after taking V… he would have sworn it off from day one! Also he and Amy would have become sexually attracted to Eddie. Yes, Jason did dream that Eddie was in his bed once but it was a nightmare brought on by guilt over killing Eddie, it was not an erotic dream.

So how in the heck is Alan Ball going to explain all of this mess? Or are we to believe that Sam had the hots for Bill all along?

All I can say is that I hope this does not muddy the waters for Sookie and Eric. So far season 3 spoilers are worrying me!

In closing here is a funny video I spotted on YouTube about the Sam and Bill loooove story, LOL!

The character of Eric Northman came to life on the pages of the Sookie Stackhouse novels (also called the Southern Vampire series) written by Charlaine Harris. A few years later Eric made the leap to our television screens when HBO bought the rights to the series and produced True Blood. So is there any difference between Eric in the TV series versus Eric in the books? So far, there are many differences as there are with many of the characters.

When the rights were sold it was in HBO’s contract to take liberties with the story and change it around as they saw fit. Most fans are pleased with how HBO has handled this freedom thus far. For the most part they have stayed true to the basic premise of the books and the parts they have added or changed have enhanced the story and fleshed out underwhelming characters. For instance, Lafayette Reynolds in the books was not nearly as dynamic as he is in the TV series. Fans loved him so much that the writers decided to keep him around beyond season one… which is a significant change since he dies in the first book! Another example would be the character of Tara. She is not a very big part of the story in any of the books but in the TV series she takes a more central role and is one of the major players.

But back to Eric…

I have been VERY pleased with how Eric is portrayed in the series but not always. The producers got it right when they made Eric sexy, aloof, confident, arrogant, powerful, and conflicted about his own bizarre interest in the human girl, Sookie Stackhouse.

Where they have gotten it wrong though is quite disturbing to me as a true fan of the character. In their efforts to position Bill as a noble, conflicted vampire worthy of Sookie’s attentions they often make Eric a heartless villain. They attempt to give Bill someone to “compete” against, which is fine, but Eric is no villain. If the books show us anything it is that there is FAR more to Eric than you can see on the surface. In fact it takes ten books to really flesh him out and you still don’t know him completely.

Often times I am not so much unhappy with how they are developing Eric’s character as I am about how they are developing Bill Compton’s. Sookie and Bill must ultimately break up to allow for a romance between Eric and Sookie but the writers are clearly favoring Bill in the early seasons (1-3). In the series he walks into the sun and nearly dies trying to save her… he was not nearly so heroic in the books. In the books Bill left Sookie for another woman and runs into trouble requiring Sookie and Eric team up to find him. In the TV series Bill is kidnapped by the other woman AFTER he proposes to Sookie. In the books Bill NEVER proposed to Sookie or even hinted at marriage and this really bothered her. See where I am going here? The writers for the True Blood series keep making Bill look angelic (when he is anything but) and don’t seem to be leading up to a solid breakup… which which royally pisses off Sookie and Eric fans.

Add to this the fact that Eric is made to look like the villain and you can see why I was concerned with the first three seasons of True Blood. In the series Eric kidnaps Sookie’s good friend Lafayette. Lafayette is imprisoned for weeks, shot in the leg, and fed off of. Sookie is less than thrilled with Eric (as you can imagine) when she discovers this. None of it happened in the books. Eric chains Sookie up in the basement of his bar so he can use her in a plan to thwart King Russell. It works out well in the end and protects Sookie but not with out some pain for her I am afraid. There was also playful banter and the beginnings of a playful friendship in the books that has been largely ignored in the television series. Rather Sookie ends up telling Eric she finds having cancer preferable to spending time with him or that he is a creepy, cold, dead piece of shit. Ugh…

BUT… there are some wonderful Eric and Sookie moments in seasons three and four. We get to see a softer side of Eric when he is near his maker, Godric (his maker is actually named Appius according to books 9,10). Sookie sees that the cold, calculating Eric is capable of love.

He rescues Sookie from the Fellowship of the Sun church and abides by Sookie’s request not to kill anyone even though the potential victims are certainly worthy of such a fate. He is rewarded when Sookie leaves the safety of Bill’s arms to return the favor by releasing Eric from the silver chains that are burning into his skin and holding him immobile on an alter. Later Eric tricks Sookie into a blood bond by pretending a flesh wound is mortal. Sookie begins to have erotic dreams of Eric… which is a real treat for fans!! Sookie also has a touching moment with Eric on a hotel roof as she holds Eric’s hand and promises to stay by Godric’s side as Godric meets the Sun. Eric saves her from werewolves sent by the King of Mississippi, he hires a werwolf bodyguard to protect her while she searches for Bill, and is even willing to burn in the sun with Russell to ensure the safety of Sookie and his progeny Pam. They even have a REAL kiss in season three!

In season four Eric loses his memory and has to hide out in Sookie’s house. The softer, safer version of Eric gets to Sookie and they finally make love… outside, in the shower, on the floor, on the sofa, in the bed.. everywhere. Sookie also willingly drinks his blood and their bond deepens. So while I am concerned on many levels I am also happy at the same time.

Perhaps my discontent is fueled by comments such as those made by producer Alan Ball who said he didn’t understand why the women fans loved Eric so much since he only cares about himself. That statement shows that Alan Ball CLEARLY has no idea who the character of Eric is supposed to be. Having Eric’s on screen future in the hands of someone who does not understand him is troubling. I can only hope that this opinion will evolve.

Of course Bill fans and strict TV viewers who just want people to shut up already about Eric… LOL… love to make the point that Alan Ball and all the other producers/writers can change the story any way they want… even making it so Eric and Sookie never become a couple. I don’t think they can do this without rightfully incurring the wrath of true fans. It would be like seeing a remake of Gone With the Wind where Scarlett ends up with Ashley or a remake of Pride and Prejudice where Elizabeth Bennett ends up with Mr. Collins. It just can’t be allowed to happen!!

Presence in the Story – In season one Eric is given very little screen time but fans spoke out and he appeared in all episodes of season two… even if a couple of them only amounted to a couple minutes of screen time. In season three Eric’s story line was dominant and by FAR the most interesting of the season. Season four concentrates on Eric greatly as well. We Eric fans have seemingly influenced the show with our demands for MORE Eric!! The producers of True Blood have realized that Eric has a HUGE following and future seasons are sure to have lots of our favorite viking vampire.
